The fact remains the majority of many of these woman want to have a cozy home. However, that is going to be a challenge when you have all these white walls, light to medium floors with light upholstery and either black or medium shades of wood furniture. If you are afraid to paint the walls a warm color you aren’t going to achieve “cozy” with high ceilings and an open floor plan.

I’m not wild about neutral colors. I need a little color in my life. No color is blah to me. However I do like the rug and curtains you added. Maybe add some color in a table arrangement. Don’t get me wrong. I do like your dining room and I know everyone has different taste. I do love watching your videos.

Love the rug and curtains. One suggestion on the curtains would be to not use the rings and hang from the rod. I think this would help them hang better.

Really love the changes, the room is starting to feel cozy. The curtains made a big difference, and so did the rug. Can't wait to see the rest of the curtain panels added. A little more fullness on the ends, and they will be perfect. Looking lovely.

For a neutral rug it is very nice. I'm a big fan of adding color with my rugs. Mine are all multi-colored so I can use different colors for decor.

Hi Crystal. I'm so glad you like the new rug! It looks good. Just the thought of having to return it, ugh, I get it. Whew! But no worries now, I love that it is bigger but still neutral and warms up the space. Curtains always warm up a space; and the ones you picked will work with any decor. They look nice too. Hi Crystal. The curtains really make the room, it looks finished now. I love that black cabinet so much. If I had a larger space I'd have to order one. The decor looks good, but the black vase in the black cabinet takes away the beauty of the vase. You can't see it. Love the cloche. The rug is really pretty. Goes nice with the floor.
