Too expensive for nothing. The walls appear to be plentiful, the ceilings are low, and the overall atmosphere is very dark. Considering the requested price, it is disappointing that there are no spacious front or back yards, and the proximity between you and your neighbors is a concern. Additionally, the rooms seem too small, the bathroom design is underwhelming, and the closet situation is not satisfactory. It would be great if there was an architectural competition among designers to encourage innovative and outside-the-box thinking. Perhaps a home with an open concept, integrating the indoor and outdoor spaces, a large backyard with a swimming pool and BBQ area, and big windows to invite natural sunlight would be more appealing to you.
