If you don’t mind I’d just like to ask some questions about how you run your team; 1. How deep 2. Do you have designated crafters, organizers etc? Or do you have your builder do that, and then 3. Does everyone farm, pvp, etc?

Of course! 1. We play around 16-22, depending on the wipe and if everyone is active 2. We do *kinda*, early game force wipes we will have one guy learn all T2 BPs then another learn all T3 BPs, just to split up the crafting times. Organisers not so much, industrialisation kinda took over that- our builder takes care of setting that up 3. Yes, everyone farms, PVPs, everything. Nobody is specifically limited to one role, they all have to pull their weight

Thanks a lot! Ah man it's a tough one, doesn't happen overnight. People just have to be reminded enough times that it becomes second nature. Remind before every raid/fight- no unnecessary comms. Kills/deaths/enemy location call-outs only, have a set plan beforehand where possible to make sure nobody is questioning everything. Most of all just try get a core of players that always plays together, synergy is everything!
