Just picked one up on a recent sale, and you're right. Soooo much more compact that my reflectix cozy and weighs just as little. I like that it also conforms to whatever package you put in it...Mountain House, quart bags, etc. Also, got mine in blaze orange because I have a bad habit of losing things in the woods!

Good job....I am thinking multi-use on the bivy as a pillow...do you use your usual face fabric for the dinner bivy?

Josh Perez The fabric on the Diner Bivy is a 1.1 silicone coated ripstop...same as we use for tarps. Makes for easy clean up. If you used something like a Buff or a large fleece hat you could use it as a small pillow when stuffed with a spare shirt. Our regular pillows are from uncoated fabrics and tend to be a little more comfortable.

Right on Paul Gibson , it seemed like a good idea to take advantage of the insulative qualities of the climashield, and yeah stuff it with a shirt or something. Did you get your 8000th order yet!? Maybe I should order a bivy just in case... :)

It's called DewDrops and is a 36 second song in iMovie as part of their sound effects and music suite. Don't know that it's available any other way or as a full song.
