毎回、調味料が正確なので味も決まるのでしょうね。見当でやると味もボケることが多いです。鶏肉の照り焼き黄金比しか覚えていませんが、赴任さんは調味料配合が全て頭に入っているとお見受けしました😊 ガリバタポン酢を真似して作ってみました。美味しかったですよ。またアイデアを拝借します。
