@@Elvis_47 I know, it makes no sense really, but it is tradition in NRK, the national broadcasting that the sketch runs as a regular spot on the program "Kvelden før kvelden". Norwegians usually watch that show in the background as we decorate for Christmas and make the last preparations before Christmas Eve. :) I usually spent New Years eve with my grandmother, and there we watched the sketch on Swedish TV. :)

In Norway it is always aired the 23/12 for some reason. It has been like this for over 40 years or so. It should have aired on New Years Eve as well, but people would go mad if NRK had changed when it is aired 😄

The original black and white film had at least 10 times better resolution. This is a colourised version of a cheap low-resolution copy of the original. It would be wonderful if it was not so BLURRY. (Probably copied from a 2010 KZbin 240p copy) The original film was Pin-Sharp.....please colourize the original.
