You're infecting players with pigeon. They don't die

Pelican removes the player from the game but has to deal with hearing them until the next meeting, and wins by being the last one alive but otherwise can kill as much or little per round as wanted. the pigeon sneezing is unnoticeable to other players and requires you sneeze on every living player in a single round before the next meeting, or else it resets. They literally could not be more different.
