I’m sure Jeannie already knows this but just in case she didn’t know cold cuts, such as salami are not healthy for pregnant mamas. Too much increases the risk of listeria for the unborn child. But I know Jeannie is super healthy and taking the best care of herself and her baby. But just in case she didn’t know, just wanted to put it out there. I know I was grateful to learn that I should stay away from salami and other cold cuts during my pregnancy. ✌🏽

Yes! You’re right. I was thinking the same when she was eating it. I thought she was going to decline, but she went for it. Chemo patients have some similar diet as pregnant women. My mom purged her food like within 10mins when she ate a cold cut after chemo. She didn’t think it was a big deal. She had a few tough lessons. Sushi is another mistake.
