Elle in her bunny suit. Evie coming to Wolfie's aid in the wagon and at the slide. Wolfie showing everyone that he's going to be giving Evie competition in the adventurist department, as well as displaying the Evans hard-work ethic and gentleness with dogs. Cutie Pie voicing her opinion, Tilly keeping an eye on things from her out-of-the-way perch, and all the dogs watching in hopeful anticipation for Luke to share the bounty of the grill. Danika, I love your write up. Isn't it amazing that little Wolfie is not even one year old yet, and just this last week took his first steps, and yet, today already, he's climbing and doing chores! He he he, what a little go-go bug. And Elle is so sweet and helpful, Evie so funny and independent. Love hearing Luke and Sam's laughter when they take the videos - really love that a lot.

Your children are so bright, but Wolf at one is really smart, I can see his little mind working at warp speed. Sweet video today, lovely to see Freddo getting kisses from other dogs, and trying to puppy eye someone into throwing the frisbee or ball. Keeping an eye on the littles. I love how you don't helicopter parent, staying relaxed and letting the kids experience things without being told no all the time. Omg and Elle's bunny suit you're killing me so sweeeeet.

Today I handed over a foster to his new parents. I only fostered him 2 days and I was smitten, I can't imagine having a dog for months, and then turning it over. But here is what a friend said to me, "Every time you touch an animal with kindness and caring, it matters, no regard for brevity or length of that time." What you guys are doing matters. And in a world where we can get distracted with so many things that don't matter, I commend you all for knowing your value system and sticking with it, that makes a difference. And for crying out loud, who doesn't love Freddo?

Helping preparing the fire for the night was wonderful , climbing up the slippery dip, up down up down, just like your fur siblings never give up, keep at it till it’s accomplished. Love the adventurous Wolfie . The slide climb was too cute! He's a bit methodical as he puts sticks in the fire pit then goes to take them out. I enjoy watching him with his personality emerging. Wolfie is getting very close to that first birthday and he is growing like a weed. So much fun watching him doing new things. Wolfie is so independent and fearless. Luke and Sam, you are to be commended on allowing your children to experience and explore their environment under your watchful but not stifling supervision. Evie and Elle also confident young ladies, and look how observant little Evie came to Wolf's side in the wagon! I would love to hear the internal creative dialog in Elle's head as she wears her bunny suit. Just my opinions, of course, but expressing it as a mom and 30 year veteran of early elementary (Kinder to 3rd grade) school teaching. ❤️❤️
