1. 6-7 potatoes.
2. Olive oil, low heat.
3. ½ onion, salt.
4. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
5. 7 eggs.
6. A pinch of salt.
7. Mash potatoes, cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Olive oil, low heat.
9. ½ Potato Mixture.
10. Cheese, sausage, cheese.
11. Leftover potato and egg mixture.
12. Cook on medium/low for 5 minutes.
13. Turn around.
14. Cook for another 5 minutes.
15. Vegetables to taste.

Ihr Kanal ist auf jeden Fall mein Lieblingskanal, was das Essen angeht. Ich hab selbst 25Jahre als Koch gearbeitet und arbeite jetzt mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Da wird andauernd von gesunder Kost gesprochen und das man auf die Kalorien achten muss. Sie beweisen aber das Gegenteil. Sie wirken, als könnten sie aus dem Stand einen Marathon laufen und ihr leckeres Essen ist selten kalorienarm. Das finde ich total inspirierend. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Looks good, but don't sell fried potatoes short. They are fantastic! Personally I prefer them smothered with garlic, but onions are ok. You can also add red and/or green peppers for Potatoes O'Brien. Mmmmmmm
