Indominus Rex's intelligence is shown to be similar to a velociraptor, since she turned Owen's pack against him, and that's probably because somewhere in that dna mix they made while creating her there is part of velociraptor dna. Indominus also shows signs of intelligence when tricking Claire to think she left the cage and that's pretty much all. The rest of her behaviors are mostly due to her curiosity, natural instincts and bloodthirst. In Ice Age dinosaurs have a lot of human-like behaviors, like mother t-rex developing a soft spot for Syd and Rudy having a rivalry with Buck. Rudy also seems to plan ahead, guessing that after the main party has found Syd, they would return back to their own world, so he waited for them in the cave, also expecting Buck to be with them. On the other hand, in Jurassic World dinosaurs are presented as animals, and in the entire movie Indominus's intelligence is talked about as too high for an animal. She was only able to outsmart Claire because she had the element of surprise, and they did not expect that from her. Again, people draw so much attention to her intelligence only because it is praised so much throughout the entire movie, for being unusual for a dinosaur. To compare Rudy with Indominus, their intelligence is either equal, or Rudy is in advantage.

Rudy was actually bigger than this version because in the movie Manny and Ellie were very clearly smaller than Rudy's head so I'd like to imagine that indo wad probably just a little bigger than Rudy's head. The average trex is about 40 feet long and Rudy is several times bigger than that so i could probably see him measuring around 130ft long, weighing closer to 60 tons, and having a bite force of around 20 tons. But in bucks story he is probably upwards of 300ft long, weighing 250+ tons and having a bite force of god knows how much
