@@SlewedBoot25934 Both contenders from my searches however I didn’t see anything that can have them prevent the massive Reality Warping. Saint gets speedblitzed, but Bo has the speed to compare (immeasurable). As for AP which is the most important stat alongside speed TWOH with Heaven Ascended Dio does get outclassed however we don’t truly see his full potential. The only thing I’ll note is that he seemed to act like Gold Experience Requiem was nothing (immeasurable speed and mountain level AP) however this doesn’t matter much since in the end the main reason I said Dio walks down some of the strongest people in fiction in general is for two big reasons. 1. Is speed. He has the speed to match other people of insane power. 2. Hax. Not only does TWOH has extremely high tier reality warping being able to rewrite whatever reality he wants with 1 punch, but he also has indefinite time stop. Having the speed to react to immeasurable speed means he can activate this quite easily. He could go on vacation, live a full life, do whatever he wants, and still be able to come back and kill you. Your durability would have to be quite high as no matter what it is it will wear down. I have no doubt someone with indestructible armor or better cosmology scaling with high durability would wear Heaven Ascended Dio down, but in reality with infinite time stop he could do whatever. If he face Superman he could find out his weakness in Kryptonite, bury Supes in it, and then start time again. This isn’t like a normal time stop either where being immeasurable can allow you to move in time stop as it just completely stops movement of immeasurable characters.

@@kingdave7996 Saint Seiya characters break reality 10 times over in their sleep and Bobobo is so broken that he is able to unknowingly prepare traps for a battle that will take place in a pocket dimension that didn't even exist yet. Meaning Dio is beaten before the fight even starts. Bobobo also ran so fast, the mangaka couldn't keep up with him. Yes, he outran the writer's comprehension with some straight up Bugs Bunny level shit. That is an amount of speed never even heard of in the JoJoVerse, which means Dio would be speedblitzed by God level gag powers before he can even react.

Now I doubted Saint Seiya even had a chance outside the 8th sense stuff I saw when researching just based on what I found, but considering BoBo was about the goofiest character I had ever seen I figured he might have had some kind of toons power aka placing traps in a non-existent realm and running faster than the writer can comprehend. From what you said it isn’t Bugs Bunny level as he can literally rewrite the story which is reality bending beyond comprehension as the story even dictates reality bending.

This is not the Over heaven I remember, there should be one that solos all other mugens, like flat out buster, ungodly strong? nah fam, this one he is the god. this is just reskin K1 Dio with no cost to the abilities but it seems like a lot of his moves are kinda nerfed when it comes to damage, maybe check out the other Over heaven that can essentially rewrite his enemy and copy the move set of other characters from JoJo, that one is so powerful I doubt you can find a counter to him
