You're right....yours was the ONLY video that had the rotating bulb only......all the others had the locking ring. Just installed replacement 6000K LED's in 20 minutes.

Just an FYI. I have a 2019 gmc sierra 2500hd. It has lever on the sides. You push them up to release and pull out. Then once new are back in you push tab down and it locks them in place

@@JTrump23 little late but you have the LEDs. So you can pull those bulbs. Have to get a whole new housing.

I have had these lights for 2 years on my truck, have you had problems with them flickering/not working? My passenger one is not working.

@@matthewmeltonTEAMMELTONFISHING I had the local GMC dealership install them, haven’t even put 10k miles on in 2 years and passenger one doesn’t work, called diode and they said to flip/swap lights driver/rear to getter better idea if it’s the bulb or it’s electrical. swapping today. Fingers crossed.

All you had to do is take the 4 bolts off the air filter box and pop out the air filter box way easier to replace the passenger headlight.

Do it take a while for them to reach its full brightness or there at full brightness instantly?

I think it takes them a few seconds to ramp up.
