How do these look in the snow? I've had LED's in the past that had a nice cutoff level, but still lit up the snow everywhere and made it unsafe to drive with snow blowing.

Yes. They are illegal. NHTSA FMVSS 108 has no provisions that allow for an LED bulb in a halogen housing. They are illegal as a light source and even if they were legal based on the light source, nearly all aftermarket LED's exceed the maximum allowable luminence in a low beam application. This is why any reputable brand such as Sylvania marks their lamps as off road or power sport use only and websites like headlight revolution have a disclaimer before checkout that the bulbs are not legal for road vehicles. Whether people abide by these laws and whether they would ever be enforced is another story.

I'm looking too upgrade my Buick Regal from halogens too the SL1 's my concern is I have heard that some projector housings do not throw the bright light down view in the road, they just light up really bright in direct front of car. Have you heard of anyone upgrading a GM Vehicle with projector housings that were halogens from factory?

Hi VIP Accessories, I have a 2022 crosstrek sport. would you run into the problem with the flickering with the 2022 sport year or is it an isolated problem with the 2021car? And I just clicked on the link and the price is at $450 now instead of $360. Was that a promo or a discounted price at that time?

Just put mine today. Like everything, there is a learning curve. The first one took me about 40 minutes to install. The second one took me about 10. I am sure that if I were to do this in my other Subaru it would take about 20 minutes for both of them.

Does the 360.00 include both driver and passenger side high and low beams? Or would I have to buy two sets?

The kit we have on our site upgrades the low and high beams. But we ran into an issue with the 2021 model year Crosstreks and the LED kit last year. The daytime running lights flicker when this kit is installed. That is the only mode that reportedly flickers. Those same bulbs work fine when the brights are activated and the low beams work correctly as well. Because of the DLR issue we stopped advertising the kit for 2021 models. It's not a big deal to some customers, but we don't like to advertise vehicle fitment unless its 100% compatible.

Yah my outdoor 2021 flickers hb3/9005 led flickers no matter what when it's on auto setting.
