If I’m going to pick up one of the new formulas it will be Rose Tulle palette. I have recently picked up Soft Cashmere in the old formula and I’m in total love with it. I’m a warm tone B but soft cashmere has a hold on me. I have a feeling I’m going like Rose Tulle even though it’s new formula. Thank you for reviewing it.

This quint is so pretty and soft. II don’t have a pink/rose quint from Dior. I just picked up 2 quints in the old formula. Nude Dress was one of them and it seems like the light, soft peachy version of Rose Tulle. I love it so far and if I end up wearing it a bunch, I’ll get the Rose Tulle to have the pink version too. I have lots of pink eyeshadow, but nothing that would give as soft a look. What do you think about Rose Tulle vs the YSL Babylon Rose palette you have?

Oh that is a good question. Gah I like them both!!! I guess I would have to choose the YSL one cause I personally don't have as many purple leaning palettes. I would say if you like a true pink get the Dior and if you prefer more like a purple or mauve then get the YSL. Sorry it took me SO long to respond to you dear Lisa

You have the best comparisons, thank you. I’m disappointed with the reformulation but your review of this palette is making me change my mind, at least with this palette. From the reviews I’ve seen on IG, it seems that the new color stories are good, but not the old ones like Soft Cashmere. So maybe there’s still hope for the brand.

This was my top two pallets I really wanted. I saw the real life photos (not Dior photography) and was like maybe it will be to light for me (I have a light olive complexion) but I have seen a couple reviews and it’s really not. It’s stunning! I don’t mind this particular color story in the new formula. It is a pretty day time look. Soft Cashmere was better in the older formula, in my opinion. I picked up a fresh Soft Cashmere in the older formula. I do like the removable of talc, especially in their face products. I don’t know if talc clogs my pores, but if it does, then I welcome the removable of it.

Plum Tutu and Tutu are not the same color story. They are actually quite different. To my eyes, judging by the pics, Rose Tulle seemed similar to Dioriviera. From the fact that you didn't compare them I'm guessing I was way off 😅

I've not used these myself, only watched several application videos. But the new formula looks like it emphasizes texture on more mature eyelids where as I did not notice any of that with the original formula. Thats a shame.

It depends on the palette. I think the shimmers are nice but the mattes are a little dryer. I wouldn’t say that it’s a huge difference

A six month shelf life? That's hard to justify for that price point. I rarely get down to pan in six months, so as nice as this palette is, I won't be buying it-- or any of Dior's new eyeshadows.

It's the same as it's always been. I am not sure why with the preservatives they quite 6 months but I've had some for a while and they work just fine
