So upset with Dior rn! I just received a delivery today, requested the new packaging and didn’t even get the red ribbon! I received the normal white box with white ribbon!! I’m a platinum member too! That’s 2 strikes for me…didn’t get the snow globe and now this and I spend ALOT of $$ with them. I’m seriously considering letting my membership lapse but the product is sooo good!! 😂. Dior, why can’t I quitchoo!! lol

Same I feel your sentiments! Not happy with Dior either, and I don’t want to renew my platinum tier. But I feel your struggle, they just released a huge new collection. I’m not clear if this Spring 2025 collection will reach dept stores. Last year none of the Spring or the Limited Editions spring ones reached the dept stores. And I missed out on one particular hoping it would. Does anyone know if the Limited Edition spring pieces will come for sure to the dept stores?

I hear you…10 orders during holiday season, didn’t receive a single holiday box. AND every single deluxe skincare mini missing. No replacement. It’s a huge disappointment. Sending back the orders that were missing capture totale and prestige deluxe minis.
