Hey everyone come with me to a cocktail Event with Dior to showcase Dior Cruise 2024 via a styling presentation in Sloane Street, London boutique. Having recently shown you Dior Cruise 2024 collection try-on parts 1 and 2, I know you will enjit seeing how the outfits are styled by Dior. The Dior Cruise 2024 collection is the first drop of Spring Summer 2024 which launched in October and it is heavily inspired by Frida Kahlo and her butterfly emblem she felt so strongly for.

Hi Kara, Love your videos's so much. Thank you. I noticed you picked up in the video the white caviar calf skin version of the Lady Dior. That one comes with a thin strap without badges. Do you prefer this new style with thinner strap or do you like the white lamb skin my abc lady Dior with the bagdges. I have both versions at home and need to return one of them tomorrow morning. Having a bit of a hard time deciding. Thanks

Hey Izabella thank you so much and for being here ❤️ I would say think of when you would wear it as the thinner strap lends to wear more as an evening bag or occasion bag, whereas the shorter, thicker strap is more daywear. The grained Cannage is more resilient to wear more often than calf skin so if you prefer to not worry about knocks and scratches and want to wear often, keep the grained. I personally prefer the thinner strap in the small LD as it’s very dainty and more of an elegant design. ❤️

@@unakararose thank you so much Kara. 💕 You always give me the best advice. I agree with you that the thin strap goes so beautifully with the lady Dior. However, I decided to keep the lamb skin because I am such a casual dresser most of the time so the wider strap makes more sense as it allows me to wear the bag more often. If I need to dress up I will just wear the bag at the crook of my arm without the strap. I just wish that the grained leather came with the option of the thicker strap and badges this way I would get the casual look and I wouldn't worry about the wear and tear as much since it is an off white colour. The grained leather also looks more casual so the my abc strap would go so well with it. I am terrified of colour transfer with lamb skin though because the bag is white. I hope it doesn't happen. Do you know if there is something I can do to protect the bag from this? Other than wearing it with light clothes only. Maybe you know of a leather protector that will not change the texture or colour of the bag etc? thx so much. xo

@izabella1944 Carbon Pro is well regarded as a spray protectant for leather bags 😊 I think you’ve made a sensible decision based on your lifestyle. At the end of the day, you want to wear and enjoy your bag and if the more casual feel of the wider strap works for you then go for that. Either way without the strap it’s as beautiful and can be worn for the evening as a top handle 💖
