Both foundations provide buildable to full coverage dear. Now achieving high coverage also depends on your skin texture so if you are looking for high coverage, consider looking for foundations that state clearly that they provide full coverage, not medium to buildable❤️

If so, what is it still sandy? Could you please recommend other lightweight hydrating transfer-proof foundation? I am in the market to purchase a foundation. Thank you.

Thanks Lily-Love🤗❤️ I didn’t check to see if it transferred after setting it with powder. However, most non-transfer proof foundations usually transfer less when you set them with a powder. I also haven’t tried it without a primer. It’s hard to find a transfer-proof foundation that’s truly hydrating. Most of them are oil-controlling and have a matte or natural matte finish. A favorite which is light-weight and hydrating but doesn’t claim to be transfer proof is the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation. I’ll also recommend the Smashbox Always On Skin Balancing Foundation which is hydrating and transfer-resistant too(although I did get some transfer when I did a test but it was fine after I set it with powder).
