Well my ears perked up when I heard you say, in the first part of the video, that you used to save up your ‘Shoppers optimum points’……it’s so nice to see a fellow Canuck on here, I have not come across too many and that is in several years……glad I happened on you! Great video…and….i just bought the stick foundation at shoppers today, got the 2.5N…..which is a bit too dark for my skin…so seeing you, who I think is a foundation twin, use the 2N, either return or give to friend and pick up the 2N. Good day Sandra. I've been seeing videos about the Dior stick, but I was waiting for your opinion. I am tempted, but will probably wait till the fall Sephora sale. I've been wearing the Fenty stick and like it and I bought a backup which I will be using soon. I usually wear my Dior foundations in 1.5N so I'm wondering if 2N would be comparable to that color. It looks really pretty on your skin and definitely melded in nicely to your skin. Hope your enjoying the tail end of summer with Michael and Pepper.

they make a 1.5N in the stick so i would probably recommend opting for that! the shades seem pretty true to the rest of the range. it blends out great so it won't feel like a mask on the skin. glad to hear you're enjoying the fenty though, i am still interested in trying that one out at some point :)

I used to wear mainly 2WO (sometimes mixed with 1N) in the backstage face & body foundation before it got reformulated. if you’re usually 2.5n or 3n I would probably suggest going for one of those 🙂

This foundation stick looks so stunning when you did the application. But the heavy fragrance is something to avoid for me. But when you decide to buy and test the fenty one I am so curious to know you thoughts and see a video. I checked the ingredients list for the fenty( and it is fragrance free).

Would love to see a video on the viral Tirtir cushion foundation. Every other review is so heavy handed with it and it looks like a mask. I want to see someone use it with sophistication! Also would be interesting to see a comparison to the Armani cushion.

I haven’t been tempted by the viral tirtir cushion at all 😩 I have a friend that tried it (she also has the Armani) and it’s more matte and has more coverage than the Armani, BUT apaprently there is a lighter version of the tirtir that’s much nicer, so I’ll have to look into that. I bought the shiseido synchro skin cushion in Canada last year and have been really enjoying it as a slightly more coverage option compared to the Armani.

The fragrance isn’t heavy and I think it’s a slight rose aroma that goes away quickly after applied. Hoping refills come soon& price is lower. I love it

I really hope the refills come too! I find the fragrance pretty strong and can still smell it on my skin after application but I am pretty sensitive to scents. I like the Dior scent! really dislike the scent of Guerlain foundations in comparison 😅

I'm in Australia I have used a Australian brand called Natio and they had a Natio clever stick and I use to use that. They have slightly changed the formula so I don't use it anymore

Totally valid!! They reformulated most of their complexion products over the past 2 years which would have been a great opportunity to get rid of the fragrance but alas they seem committed to the scent lol 🙃🙃

I have! it looks nice blended out with a small concealer brush to conceal certain areas of the face, I just don’t love it under the eyes!

So sad, this caused me to break out terribly. I know you mentioned that it had no pore clogging ingredients, and I would have to agree that it does not appear to, but it broke me out none the less.

Sorry to hear that!! I know how frustrating breakouts can be. the pore clogging ingredient checkers online can be a helpful guide but they’re not always absolute and everyone’s experience can vary.

@@ttsandra I input the ingredients list into around 8 or 9 different checkers, purely out of curiosity. The results varied from as few as none to as many as 13 pore clogging ingredients. So who can say really. I’m going to assume it’s the coconut derivatives and simply too many waxy emollients. It looks beautiful, but sigh 😮‍💨
