Ciate used to make an exact similar version but it was liquid lipstick version called glitter flip and nyx has one called glitter ghouls liquid lipstick

I think the heat from the lips when rubbed together activates whatever they put in lip stick and makes it glittery.

Just take any liquid lip (best is the little creamy formula but the dry one works too) mix it with glitter before applying, then apply it with an applicator. When it's almost dry smack your lips and there you go. Saved you $$$
