Like the gold birthday gift better than the platinum. Do they change up the level gifts through out the year or does it stay the same the whole year ?

It all depends on their stock. Usually they want it to last the whole year before making a change but most times they run out and have to change the gift.

Do you automatically get the platinum gift every year you maintain your status or just once? Or do you have to let it expire and then get enough point again to get back to platinum to get it?

I should have added that to the video 🤦🏾‍♀️ It skipped my mind. You have a year to spend $900 again or you go back to whatever level for the spend you made and get new gifts.

Hi. Question… i have a dilemma. My bday is in december….. i dont care abt the notebook bday gift. Id like to get the jewelry case. But i also like the platinum gift + holiday gift (which i have to be at platinum by november 30…) Is there a way i can get the gold bday gift instead of the platinum? 🤯😢

That is a real dilemma. The only way is to remain gold until your birthday but you will miss out on the holiday gift.

And i am your follower and i thank you for your codes. 🙇🏻‍♀️ one of the reasons i got into the loyalty program. I also would have wanted the hair gua sha and hair perfume. Its free. Well, you have to spend, but its free. Must be thankful we’re getting free luxury items with our purchases. 🙃

There is never any set pattern for changing. It is at random but usually it’s annually.
