Although it certainly had very talented, and sometimes beautiful, couture elements, this collection as a whole felt like a pushing-the-envelope Hail Mary to *not* be replaced by Galliano (which I suspect may be inevitable). Not sure it did the trick. But the atelier did some wonderful work.

it was a very good collection (which is weird, tbh), so many pieces are so similiar to the Alexander McQueen SS2013 (The bees collection), even a few dresses are similar to the oyster dress. Btw a very different and good collection. Im surprides ngl.

There is absolutely nothing boring about reuse, repurpose and recycle!♻️ A concept that is older than me. I’m sixty, learned to shop and redesign old clothing from second hand stores ( now with the lovely name of vintage, not in my day, you were made to feel ashamed if you bought in places like that) fortunately I went right along with Westwood, was a punk then goth and seen through the eighties in beautiful silk slips from the 30s! Still have all those clothes which my daughter now has including many Westwood pieces, bondage trousers and all! This collection was beautiful!🤩 ❤
