I reached out to Dior and it looks like the clasp snd hardware are all like that and does not have any issues. I think that’s just how all the bags are. I was happy to get confirmation that there were no real issues. This one is a keeper 💙! Love this little bag 😊

For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have the HIDUPZ as my travel bag and not have to take care of it. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

Pretty late to comment and i so happen to come across your video 1.) Ive had this bag for almost 2 years now, the sound of the clicking is not that loud compared to yours 2.) the closure is super uneven. It's suppose to be flat down. but love this bag to death

Congrats on your oblique!! I agree with you and I'm the same - for the money, these things should be perfect and to each their own. It's your money, if you are not happy regardless of the reason, then you shouldn't settle unless they brand/boutique confirms what you are seeing is normal and expected. I have the 30 montaigne in box leather and I've never had any issues with the closure popping up, the bottom is even by the closure on mine and the sound is normal as far as I know. I love my 30 montaigne and it fits everything I need for day to day but I've been on the hunt/undecided to add something in oblique that is a different style like the phone holder, the old one not the new one, or the Saddle pouch. I love the oblique phone holder! I know some people think the size isn’t ideal but I think it’s the perfect mini accessory. If you only need 3 things, that would be perfect! I also love the saddle pouch! I just adore Dior! I showed my SA the closure and all the other bags had that sound too so it turns out mine is good! I was relieved 😌

While I love the bag, if you are unsure re the small scratches and the uneven gap in the gold letters, I would return it to your local Dior store for a chat and exchange. Or, take photos and email client services. It should be perfect. Great video, as usual. ❤️

The Dior SA said the closures are all engineered like that. I started using the bag and love it so much! Haven’t had any issues with the closure yet, so hopefully it won’t have any issues down the line 😊 Thanks so much for watching 💕 ♥️ ✨
