Typically every year. I actually love the around the world motif though! It reminds me of Toile de jouy. Everyone has different tastes, perhaps next years will be a better fit for you.

@@michellestoyko6983 Hi the new program just started so all the gifts are changed now. Since the tote is gold welcome you can’t request for gold welcome since you’re in platinum. But calling them wouldn’t hurt! You never know

The same happened to me and they didn’t help. My status changed on 9/27, and they automatically added the gold gift but customer service doesn’t understand.

So … can you tell me, cos Dior don’t seem to understand my question! Loving the round the world gifts 💙 I am currently at the Platinum level. If I spend enough to renew the platinum should I expect to receive the new platinum gift (vanity bag 💙💙) or not, and just wait for my birthday gift? If I do not spend to renew platinum I believe I go down to the gold level, at which point do I expect the gold welcome gift … which would be the tote bag and much as I love it I don’t need 2 as I’ve already had one for last years Platinum welcome
