AO was used on Guam until 1981, as rather recent EPA tests have found. Tens of thousands of military personnel were exposed, while until recently it ever being stored, let alone used, was denied by the DOD. Only last month was I awarded 90% disability, but it does nothing to redress the tens of thousands I spent on diseases I was aware of, or those I was unaware of, but trying to find the cause of chronic, systemic, acute pain, nor doe is redress the hundreds of thousands I, as someone with a college degree could have earned had he or she never been exposed. And then you have the poor Guamanians whose island paradise has been turned into a toxic laden hell.
