Fr. if someone did me wrong and i felt bad about it and felt angry abt it at that moment, why is that already a sin? emotions are natural isn't it? it's just a temptation of doing something bad...when we give in to that emotions/temptations and do something bad abt it, that becomes a sin. but if we surrender that ill-feeling or that angry feeling to God, i think it's not a sin yet. Even King David offer to God his angry feelings in the old testament. Acknowledging our feelings is part of self respect isn't it? emotions are gifts from God also. You said also before that we need to name so that we can tame. We should acknowledge that we feel hurt or we feel angry but offer it before God instead of attacking that person who wronged us. Thank you also for reminding us to never to get ourselves in the occasions of sin..as the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. 🙏🏻
