I as well am on a Dyptique kick. I just love this house. They just have such a cool authenticity about them. I feel in love with 34 Boulevard Saint Germain(the EDP) last spring and I still can’t get it out of my mind. I do feel like the bottle style is on the chopping block unfortunately. It is truly the beautiful scent and original scent and a fabulous bottle. Great video btw!

I got a sample of this awhile back and would get different things with different wearings. Mostly, I liked it, especially when I'd get reminders of Tam Dao and Philosykos. But every now and then a strong cinnamon note would emerge that was not quite to my liking. So I've been sitting on the fence on getting a full bottle.

Ahh yes the cinnamon which I didn’t get much of. But also, I agree, different things at different times!

Have lovely memories of shopping with my mom at the Rue de Saint Germaine shop, where we smelled a candle that smelled like the “essence” of John Galliano 😂. Smelled like cigarettes and cologne and maybe a little sweat. I do like the idea of a cold “stay away” perfume 😁. That could be a whole video for another day.

Hey was wondering if you have any experience with Gris Charnel from BDK parfums, I am debating between these two as I find they have some similarity in the note breakdown but haven't found anyone who's tried both
