I saw them in Dallas years ago, and the venue wasn't sold out, there was a lot of people there but the whole floor wasn't filled. However Kyo still poured out his soul into the performance.

I agree with you because when they began to influence other countries all over the world they saw bands like LP and Rammstein and they didn't dress in visual kei, I think they were being introduced to other stlyes and they picked those over visual kei

@OniLordMiki Kyo doesn't hate any of their visual kei material, ^^ he himself has said that he has a connection to all of their songs. He dislikes only his own contribution (his vocal work) on many of their older songs. And they play old songs quite frequently. They've been playing waza, unknown...despair...a lost, hotarubi, myaku, 304 goushitsu hakushi no sakura, embryo, mushi, keloid milk, fukai and more that I can't remember this year alone.

It's been told by several sources that Kyo in fact hates this song as well as everything from their vk days. So the reason he looks angry is because he IS angry. Notice that after this concert this song was never played live again to this day.

They actually admitted they wanted to get out of visual kei because fans weren't taking the music seriously, but their look. Many visual kei bands are major and your with other bands out of their countries, still keeping their own look.

the kiri to mayu remake kicks mad ass, it's brutal! Just let it die out? I disagree, I'd rather improve on things that were already masterpieces. Then they'd become master-masterpieces. :p Kiri to Mayu wasn't a diru masterpiece, but you get my point. Although I do agree the Tsumi to Batsu remake was a bit much though...it was basically just a 5 minute chugfest.

I don't think he's sad/angry, I think he's focusing so he can sing the song right since it's very little screaming. You can also see he's not jumping around like he usually is, to conserve energy.

Sorry I´m a bit bad in writing in english i ment that i saw them 2005 in Berlin after the german realase of "Withering to death" in germany and my favorit album after Vulgar and Gauze is "A marrow of a bone" but after seeing them performing in 2007 i thought that Uroboros will be a great Album but after hearing it 2-3 times i was a bit shocked and now i´m sure that i dislike this new Album but i love them for he rest

well it be nice to hear them play this song right now. yokan..not really, i love yokan, my first dir en grey song and still my top 2 behind obscure. i cant see them playing yokan with their current image. i have no problem with them not being visual kei anymore. its just going to be weird looking at them playing an upbeat song right now.
