Direct cool Refregrator problem, Freezer is cooling but down compart not cools (hindi/Urdu)by Israr.

We came back to our house after 3 months. Got stuck view lock down. Our fridge LG-double door-inverter compressor started giving this same problem. None of the service engineers was willing to come view COVID restrictions in the area. Finally after lot of permutation and combination and net surfing came across this "Fantastic" video explaining in detail the exact problem and how to tackle it at home with just a simple star-head screw-driver. The whole activity took 2hrs and in addition I blew air through the drain hole to clear the block. Water started gushing out from the drain and the fridge is working absolutely fine. Thank u so much for giving us this valuable "Gyaan" and saving us lot of money...God bless you

Sir, this video is done with a lot of passion to help people. If I may suggest a 2 meters curtain spring wire can be inserted from behind bottom to clean the drainage pipe. Also in the front-bottom of freezer compartment there is a grill for air to return, that grill can be removed very easily and water should be poured in it . Also there may be other causes for block ice formation. 1 Fan not working. 2 Bi-Metal not working. 3 Heater not working. 4 Timer not working.

Same problem with my fridge the drain pipe was blocked by kuchra not ice ,by using steel wire removed kuchra till water came out behind fridge drain line. Thanks.

This video was of great help. Just one observation, "the drain area remaining dry at the rear side of the unit", made me watch the video in full. That was definitely a vital observation, because most of the other videos, start with the fan problem. They never mention about this simple issue. I did the drain pipe clearing, first time ever opening the panel of a fridge. It is a job that requires patience. It took more than 2 hours of continuous pouring of mildly hot water to open the drain. My original problem was that the freezer was cooling perfectly, but the fridge area was not. Thank you very much for this really helpful video..
