Please I need your help. My brand new direct drive overlock machine was just installed but isn't working. The lights come on when it's switched on but the machine doesn't work. What could be the problem?

Sorry that needle is stuck inside. You can troubleshoot with the manual or you will have to get a technician to repair it. Thanks for stopping by.

Yes, it uses 4 threads. One for sewing 3 for overlock stitching.

Thanks for viewing. Looking at the control box, it will be blinking, you will see plus and minus on both sides, plus is to increase the speed while minus is to reduce the speed.
