0:00 Intro
0:45 The Basics
4:36 Plains Cree
7:49 Kutenai
9:24 Nu-chah-nulth
11:08 Eurasia
11:42 Chukchi
12:39 Other Paleo-Siberian Languages
13:25 Navajo
14:39 Mapudungun
17:37 Sino-Tibetan Language Family

Resources:
ourspace.uregi... - A really great textbook for the Plains Cree language, with audio and a workbook as well, all open access.
escholarship.o... - A Kutenai reference grammar.
• Kootenai Language Alph... - A short Kutenai pronunciation guide.
nuuchahnulth.o... - Words and phrases in Nu-chah-nulth.
openresearch-r... - a chukchi reference grammar.
I'm not going to link to the Navajo duolingo course, it's... really not great at all.
app.memrise.co... - This isn't that much better than the duolingo course, but it's more consistent and a bit easier.
/ @mocenoficial - this channel has lots of Mapudungun lessons in Spanish.
app.memrise.co... - this is a user made memrise course. It's all vocab with no grammar, so it's better to use in addition to other learning materials.
www.academia.e... - a brief description of rGyalrong
onlinelibrary.... - some information on person agreement in zbu - another dialect of rGyalrong

Amazing video! I saw you linked it somewhere on Reddit under a thread about this alignment and I went to check it out to see a very professional, informative and interesting video. Good job and keep it up, you’ve earned a new sub, pal!

This is some amazing work! I just subscribed so that I can see your future work. I’m an amateur linguist that was looking for more information on Algonquian languages and I definitely learned a lot here.

Thanks, that really does mean a lot to me. I'm really busy at the moment, but I do plan on making more at some point. To be honest, I might just remake this video.

Is the spelling of Japhug and rGyalrong because of the Tibetan script?

Yup! I know that in Mandarin they are called 茶堡 Chábǎo and 嘉绒 jiāróng respectively. In Situ (another rGyalrong language), the name is actually pronounced /rɟɑroŋ/ - the r isn't silent, although the l is.
