Direct sunlight as a key light is tough, but when you get it right it has a powerful impact. Colors, contrast, and textures are simply amazing. I like shooting in direct sunlight too; I just make certain to remind the model to bring sunglasses. =)

great images, how do you do with the light? do you expose for the shadow or hl? and how do you handle the orange skin, I mean is not noticeable

Aquino Z I just shot at a really high shutter speed to avoid over exposure. Depending on the camera you have too but I was able to go max on mind which is 8000. Also always shoot raw. Shooting in jpeg can cause orange skin. Otherwise skin can be fixed in Photoshop by cooling down the tones along with lowering the exposure! Hope this info helps!
