Many patients can afford to pay out of pocket (yes even those who receive Medicaid). Traditional Hippocratic physicians also offer reduced rates and charity.

By leaving out Medicaid and Medicare you are inadvertently leaving out a large population of people who can not and may not be able to afford the visit with government insurance..... How are those people helped?
