टैक्स से एकत्रित किये गये धन का सदुपयोग जनता के विकास कार्यों में होना भी निश्चित होना चाहिये। टैक्स सरकार को दे और बच्चे पढ़ाये प्राइवेट में, आज सरकारी स्कूलों का पतन क्यों? टैक्स से अर्जित की गयी सरकारी सम्पत्तिया प्राइवेट हाथों में क्यों? सरकारी हास्पीटलो मे समुचित व्यवस्था क्यों नहीं? प्राइवेट मे जितना पैसा जनता खर्च करती है वह व्यवस्थित सरकारी संस्थाओं में आने लगे तो सरकार व समाज दोनों ही आर्थिक रूप से सामर्थ्यवान होगे।

Govt may impose taxes on our incomes in what ever way, but like the all VIKSIT DESH, give the tax payers free education, free health to the tax payer based on the taxes paid by the individual, unless all fall under the same slab. Also take into account how much taxes were paid by the individual in last 30-40 years. Pension must be paid to all retirees whether Govt or Private. Private employees need more pension because they are more productive, earn more and pay more Income tax contributing more to the country.

We are taxed for buying car, for registration of car, road tax for driving on road, insurance for driving the car on road, toll tax for usage of roads apart from income tax on income before buying a car..multiple taxing system should be abolished and a simple tax on income is welcome..

1. Family pension up to Rs.1 lakh pm should be totally exempt from income tax. 2. Option of withdrawal up to 75% of balance, from one's PF - own contribution, without assigning any reason, must be allowed to employees from the age of 50 yrs up to retirement. No tax should be applicable on this amount. 3. Annual income of up to Rs.12 lacs p.a. should attract very low rates of income tax, as income of Rs.1 lac pm is the bare minimum requirement for living expenses for an average family of 4 people, especially those living in the urban & metropolitan cities. 4. The rule that the application for withdrawal from PPF account has to be submitted at the branch in person by the account holder, must be amended to make provision for pickup of such an application from the location within the city, of the account holder, whether it is a hospital or residence, as under such circumstances of hospitalisation, surgery, critical illnesses or simply old age or ill health, an account holder is unable to physically submit the application. Or it should be allowed online, after multiple verifications and uploading of PAN & Adhar cards, because deposits in the PPF account are allowed online.

We want EXPENCE TAX because out of 140crores of people's our tax payers only with in 1crores. If govt. impose EXPENCE tax then 140crores are able to pay Govt. Tax. Now some people are pay taxes but in the name of Irregation income no body pay nothing instead that govt. bound to consider their lons etc. etc. plus pay them extra money per year from our taxes. There is also another class in the name of below poverty line they enjoy every thing but they are not willing to pay taxes. But they also enjoy property, every facilities without paying any kind of taxes. So that if our Govt impose any kind of taxes after that Goverment will fall. In lue of that govt. will enjoy taxes from all Indians silently if our Govt. think (better than us to impose taxes from all Indians ) then nobody (our opposition paties ) can not oppose this tactical process. If all Indians pay taxes then our Govt., every tax payer will be happy. Lot of thanks to you in advance.

Dear Raj sir, Many thanks for explaining everything clearly and precisely . Sir, 1) can we get to know how our taxes are utilised by Government and how we will directly get benefit from the taxes on our hard earned income. 2) Just like companies filing quarterly, half yearly and yearly filings like TDS, ITR , Balance sheet etc, so in same manner, Comptroller and Auditor General should publish in new paper the benefits and comparison of PY and CY. 3) there should be highest tax on political parties. India has the most complicated tax in India, that is the reason many foreign companies prefer not to invest in India and invest in countries like UAE etc. Jai Hind

अभी तो सॅलरी वाले जादा टॅक्स भर रहे है क्योंकी उनको इन्कम टॅक्स भी देना पडता है और बाहर कुछ खरीदना चाहिए उसके उपर जीएसटी वेट भी लगता है 70% तो सॅलरी वाले टॅक्स भर रहे है जो नोकरदार वर्ग कर्मचारी व इमानदारी से टॅक्स भर रहे है उनको तो बहुत राहत मिनी चाहिये

Taxation should be in such a manner that business men, doctors and professionals who have income more than service holders must come under taxation. No fees should be allowed to take in cash. Before visiting any professional a unique number be generated and payment should be made so as to compel professionals cannot evade tax payment. Even medicine and goods can also be sold against the unique numbers only. Our country is poor only because the high income groups do not pay tax except salaried people.

Tax should be equally i.posed on MP OR MLAs as they are representative of Indian masses. They get many amenities like free air travel , telephone free car and the like pension of different segment. But they do not give tax why? The common men are living in pinchi g poverty whereas their representatives are enjoying full benefit in all ways of life why it is so? Political parties gather money from different sources then why they will get exemption? All citizen who earns an income should pay taxes because by 1% tax a country cannot run. Tax should be paid equally according to income. Big people should not be set free. But I know tax will be mainly drawn from middle class only others will be given soft treatment. Whenever govt. Brings something new venture it is for extracting money from general public only big shots will be given best deal.

People are generating black money and purchase gold and stock it. I have seen people who never paid a single penny as tax giving 100 tola and more of gold in marriages. Govt. should make AADHAR or PAN compulsory for every purchase of gold. Otherwise just changing the name of the Act will not bring about the changes. Govt. in fact is unable to know the income of any category of persons other than employees.

हर एक वस्तु पर हम डायरेक्ट इंडायरेक्ट टैक्स तो देते है टोल से लेकर सर्विस तक से लेकर समान खरीदने तक,मुझे ये बताओ यदि मेने 1करोड़ की इनकम किया बचत का और यदि में देश के अंदर ही खर्च कर रहा हु तो इनकम टैक्स देना क्यों जरूरी है ओवर ऑल जो भी खर्च हुआ या नहीं बैंक में भी जमा है तो भी देश में है और कुछ उससे खरीदी करू तो टैक्स भर कर ही खरीदु गा टैक्स तो दे ही रहा हूं।

The tax for salaried class should be like the one listed below: Below 5 lacs - 0 tax 5-7,5 lacs - 2.5 % tax 7.5-10 lacs - 5 % 10- 15 lacs - 7.5% 15-20 lacs - 10% 20-30 lacs - 15 % 30-50 lacs - 20 % 50 - 1Cr - 30 % 1cr and above 48% tax should be levied If this is implemented it would be a boon for the working class Jai Hind!!
