Tupac was on his way to becoming a supreme rapper, actor, director, producer, record label owner, social activist of the highest levels before his death. I know he would have produced a lot of relevant projects in all the areas of his life shining a light on the under represented citizens in movies, tv, music and in the community on an activist level. Gone too soon...RIP

I remember this video. This is what Pac was talking bout when he said he was that bridge that New Yorkers used to travel back and forth from NY to Cali. You see he got his partner Big Stretch in the video with him. I wish they never fell out and they both were still alive. Some of 2Pac's best music came from him fucking with Big Stretch. YBB had a nice line up back in the day. I loved Young Lay's first album. Sad how his life took a turn for the worst not long after that album was released. They should do a documentary on Khayree/YBB/Young Lay. That would be the shit. I wonder where is Khayree now?

These videos were not recorded in '95. - Pac wore that type of clothing during '93/early '94, the Strictly 4 My Niggaz era. (The backwards cap, slim shirts). Late '94 onwards was mainly his iconic bandanas. - Pac is far too skinny for it to be '95, he had put on some muscle in jail. - Pac was in Jail for most of '95, and was with Death Row when he got out, he busy making music for All Eyez On Me album. - Stretch and Pac weren't friends in '95, infact Stretch died exactly a year after the Quad Studio shooting.

This is truly wonderful, to see Tupac trying his hand in production. I have to say this, as I know individuals who comment under this KZbin channel have wisdom and knowledge. Here goes, what really irks me is the mentality that SOME of the current generation have; and their lack of respect for generations gone by. This is not really a knock per say on any current new rappers; but Tupac was just BUILT differently. He was brought up with Black Panther ideals and he took heed the knowledge of his elders. Before, he officially became a rapper, he wrote poetry and attained knowledge through reading as well as listening to other rappers who spewed wisdom in their rhymes. Therefore, by the time Tupac took his first steps in the music industry releasing music; his content and message was aeons away from his contemporaries, despite his tender age. Therefore, if anyone wants to follow the mould of Tupac, you must attain knowledge at a young age, respect the art form with the content in your rhymes and use your art form merely as a medium to express your purpose; just like the greatest rappers and individuals throughout history have done. FYI... I am only 20 years old, and I was not around during these times of Tupac and the plethora of greats that came before him; however I took it upon myself to immerse myself into the crates of times gone by and attain knowledge and wisdom. Peace and happiness to all.

*_Rest in Power little brother 2Pac_* This was back when TuPac was really working hard at building himself and others around him up. The negativity spectrum shattered all of that. I never seen/heard the music in this video. As much as I watched and recorded Rap City, Yo' MTV Raps, Video Music Box and Video Music JUKEBox (The Box), they did not get played, nor on the radio. Instead We was offered the west coast gangster thug stuff to see on TelLieVision. Now I see why 2Pac was getting all those rape, firearms & drug charges *_"pinned"_* on him. Because he was *_IN_* the right direction. The bastards of the music industry mafia had to stop that. They didn't want the SUN of the Black Panthers to RISE. Back then a few friends and cousins would joke on Me for playing some West Coast HipHop, We are NY'ers. TuPac (Snoop Dog also) was loved & respected in NYC but not much anyone else from the West Coast of HipHop back then in the 90's

The "Secretz Of War" is a "Fair Exchange" for "Better Days". if it's "Thugs Mansion", then "Ghetto Heaven" is where you're lampin If it's your "Resurrection", then I Picture You Rollin with "All Eyez On You" whether It's L.A.,Oakland, Harlem or Soundview you "Str8 Ballin" as you "Stare Through Your Rear View" "Tossin It Up" but the streets Is "Death Row" but I know "Heaven Got A Ghetto" And "Lord knows" you was "Heavy In The Game" you "Stayed True" from the "Cradle To The Grave" Before you left you asked "How long Will They Mourn Me?"/"Bury Me A G" Is what you asked So I "Poured Out A Little Liquor" when you passed. It was "Hell For A Hustler" but "Heaven Aint Hard To Find" And I know the good die young so "In The Event Of My Demise" Let 'em know "Only God Can Judge Me" and "Still I Rise" IM that "Rose That Grew From Concrete", "So Holla If You Hear Me" Cause "I Ain't Mad At'Cha". You was a "Bad Boy Killa", "Tradin War Stories" of a "Made Nigga" Livin a "Thug Life" Like A "World-Wide-Mob Figga" An outlaw "Wanted Dead Or Alive" You said "Fuck The World" and "This Ain't Livin", Wow!, "So Many Tears"/"When Thugs Cry" It's "Me Against The World" and "Brenda Got Another Baby" And "Shorty Wanna Be A Thug", While the oldest "Get Around"/"Just Like Daddy" It's "krazy", "Me And My Girlfriend" livin in a "White Man'z World" Maybe I should write a "Letter To The President" and ask about "Changes" I've been "Troublesome" since '96, "Against All Odds" and caught up in the mix. At times I Wanna "Open Fire" But my "Ambitions As A Ridah", "Got My Mind Made Up". I Keep telling myself - "baby don't cry", you got to "keep your head up" " Til there's no more "pain" Im on my block If my homies call. To "live and die in L.A". Was nothing but "California love". Sippin on some "thug passion" Saying a "Hail Mary" Prayer in this fashion; "Dear mama", "If I die tonight", give a "letter to my unborn child". Let him know that "it aint easy" and "life goes on" And daddy is the "definition of a thug" nigga born But we the "last ones left" So "until the end of time" and Until my last breath "Smile" For Me Ya heard? And These are my "last Wordz".

Reply to Jewell Singletary: Still in the V. My man should have been huge, people have know clue the work he was putting in from 88-mid nineties. A documentary on the music scene in the early 90’s that came out of Vallejo CA. would open slot of eyes to where the “G Funk “ sound really originated.
