Directly controlling resistance on a NordicTrack bike, bypassing the console entirely

Hey! Can you help.... Loving your video.. Just trying to do this modification.... I've got a yellow & blue wire that does together to the front of the motor, the a set of 3 red/black/white that go into the side of to motor. Can you advise where I would attach the switch wires?

Does it look exactly the same as my motor other than wire color?
