I've always loved SHINee from day 1 and whenever they get out a retro concept which is my favorite, I get so excited. When 1 of 1 came out I lost my mind lol. It's so heckin catchy.

the whole album packaging concept exactly is retro，they even included a cassette version album in their album package 😂

SHINee are the kings of artistically (yet respectfully) modernizing retro and classic sounds. Many groups do great jobs doing this, but I think SHINee is untouched. They are one of the most artistic groups I have ever known and I just feel like they're always doing something different.

I think they used the stairs so that they could all sit and make Onew feel more comfortable. He was injured so you only see 4 members dancing and he is always sitting or just standing with minimal movement. I would love it if you watched Jonghyun Y Si Fuera Ella.

When you watch Shinee more you’ll realize they have different feels to every comeback (new album). Yes, the time period is right. If you watch a concert Shinee World V or another you’ll see how they break up sections between ments. Each one has a different feel.

you could buy the album in a k7 version. It is one of my favorite. Someone in your chat mentioned being sad about Shinee because of our lost. Person who said that: I had the same problem before. We didn't lost him; we lost future memories maybe. Think about shinee as 5 always; he is still there and listeninig to him is a way to mantein him alive with us and also is a way to homage all his art and love. An artist can live through his works; let's keep him alive in our lives and hearts by loving him and listening to his art. We Shawols talk about him in the present tense a lot, because he will always be part of our life and part of Shinee. Shinee helped me a lot with grief and now that i lost my mom (recently) i can see how much they helped me.

It was meant to be 90s retro boyband in sound and visuals. I know exactly what you are being reminded of. Still has one of the most unique album packaging in kpop. Jonghyan, the member in the blue suit, committed suicide. So Shinee endured that tragic event. Recently, a video of the 4 of them appeared in my algorithm. They guest starred on IU's "Pallette" Interview show 3 years ago. Her show is unique. She has a Live Band and her guests sing. Shinee covers IU's song, "Dear Name". I discovered each and every one of them have beautiful voices. Please watch it. I've fallen in love with them and their individual voices. I apologize. I was on your Discord. But no more. Too much for this old disabled lady. I Know you're supposed to request songs on there. But I don't have Discord anymore. I humbly bow and hope you respectfully accept my request on here. The other song that is a Banger... Choreography and all is "Don't Call Me". I love the dance practice. Please watch it too. And continue your journey of discovering their story....of their success way before BTS had ever existed. And now their continued success after military training and a break and solo careers.
