I loved the timing when this episode came out.. as I just finished reading their book Beyond the Story. Them actually talking about what was going on back then just after I read the book was something else. I kind of got lots of images of their beginnings in many perspectives because of this. Them being asked to leave the dorm to find another place but they refused, then they got funding so they got to debut, Sope’s b-boying escapades, and the the era where Yoongi painstakingly worked on their songs and theme together with Bangpd and other prods.. which was HYYH while him thinking if it doesn’t go well that time around then maybe he would’ve given up after. But we know what happened after I NEED U. Their story is just something else.. it’s always a delight learning about something new that has happened way back.

Hobi's inner strength behind that soft cuddly nature of his is now evident in his stature in the military as an assistant drill instructor. I'm so proud of Hobi😊💜

Thank you for your reaction, Roscoe! What an excellent episode - our happy pill with the wise and savage tsundere of BTS. The best aspect of BTS is not just that they all worked so hard to do an excellent job, they helped each other be the best; RM and Yoongi teaching Hobi to rap, Hobi being dance leader (love the clips of dance teacher Hobi!), Yoongi encouraging Jimin in his singing. Nobody slacked off and nobody got left behind. Hobi was awesome in Lollapaloosa and it was great to see him prove that he could hold that stage on his own and wow such a large audience. And I will never forget how Hobi performed unstintingly for BTS on all those award shows and was so gracious throughout. That shot of him sitting alone on that green sofa when they should have been 7 - still gives me the feels. He is also now proving himself in the military and I wish him all the best in heart and health until he comes back to us and brings his own brand of sunshine.

There was this one girl at the ballet studio. She and I should have had some kind of battle. She was taller and could do more en pointe, but the teacher favored me. One of us had to go. But to answer your question, no, I’ve never done a dance battle.
