I don't know if anybody is actually looking for an explanation, but the reason some K-pop titles are spelled with two of the same letters (ggum and jjam) is because of the Korean language. In Korean, there are 3 kinds of consonants, regular, strong, and double. It changes how you pronounce the consonant. ㄲ is a double consonant. ㄱ originally sounds somewhere between a "k/g" sound, after it becomes a double consonant, it becomes a full/strong "g" sound. (I apologize for the long-winded explanation lol)

Yeonjun played a menace and role was delivered. It's fun and not serious. I paid attention and I was on the edge of my seat to see what he would do next. That is a great video.

Oh wow, I've never agreed with someone so much when it comes to the infantilization of Idols. I freaking /love/ Ggum. Yeonjun in my bias, and I have been attacked by him a lot over the years. I've been into Kpop for 13 Years, now, and I'm only 29, so for me, I've literally gotten to grow up with Bangtan (I'm just a few months older than Jimin and Tae) and TuBaTu. I'm not too much into Bangtan anymore, but I love TxT, so it's very fascinating to watch their growth, and to watch them (Kookie included) show a big FU to those who still think they're 16, 17, 18 years old. They're grown men, now, and soon to be in their military (Yeonjun is only 25, and the oldest, so I know it won't be for another 5ish years, but that time can go quick AF), so people need to realize that.

So right about them growing up // I always find it strange when they have the lady group members, who may be 25 dressing like they are 12 year olds / but that may be their base. Yeonjun is such a in your face performer and great to watch. Thanks Roscoe!!!

Thank you for this reaction, Roscoe! Such a high-energy song and choreo - very Yeonjun, actually. I don't like the auto-tuned robotic voice but it works well with the bad-ass beat. Totally with you - I get annoyed when I see people talking like these guys are helpless toddlers - remember those people who swarmed the military message board exhorting them to remember Jin's potato allergy? Tbh, though, Yeonjun will have to learn some broody, serious expressions to overcome his cute face.

This came from the same creature (don't mean the producers) that birthed Sticker (NCT). So I feel the same way about it. Love the video. Don't have a problem with the choreo. Hate the song. I wanna hear Yeonjun sing, not...whatever that voice was for most of the song. I'm sure HYBE is loving all the attention, but I'm unsure if he wanted the song to be so divisive.
