Sekhar Kammula is an Indian film Director, Screenwriter and Producer, Sekhar Kammula is famous for the movies Happy Days, Life is Beautiful and Leader. His first film, Dollar Dreams, was a critical success, and won him the National Film Award for best debutant director. He won two Filmfare Awards, and six state Nandi Awards. Sekhar was among the director's delegation to represent Indian Cinema at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival.

First half just over. Only sekhar kammula can take like this. Very refreshing and very very natively. Hope he maintains the 2nd half same way 2nd half is even better than 1st. the best and the most classy love story you can see in Indian movies. I do not know about commercial aspect but this is the real class. I don't think anybody can produce like sekhar kammula the sensitive relation between a man and woman

వెరైటీ రివ్యూ ఆన్ తెలుగు సినిమా ఫిదా దీనిలో మైనస్ పాయింట్స్ ప్లస్ పాయింట్స్ ఉండవు. అన్నీ పాయింట్సే . ఎవరికి ఎలా తోస్తే అలా చూసుకోవచ్చు 1 ఒక్క రేప్ కూడా లేదు. ఇంకేమిటి చెప్పడం 2 ఒక్కసారిగా 40 మండినన్న ఒక అరగంటైనా బాదకపోతే వాడు హీరో ఏమిటీ ? ౩ ఒక్క బూతు మాట కూడా లేదు ఇదేమి సినిమారా బాబూ ? బూతు సీన్ అసలేలేదు . అసలిది సినిమాయేనా !!!! 4 రక్తపుటేరులు మాట దేముడెరుగు కనీసం ఒక రక్తం చుక్క కూడా కనపడలేదు . 5 ఒంటి చేత్తో ట్రైన్ ఆపడం, బస్సుని పట్టుకొని విసిరిపారెయ్యలేక పోతే ఆ హీరో మగాడా !! 6 నీటి కొండలు లేవు మంటల సముద్రాలూ లేవు, అసలిది సినిమాయేనా ! 7 మధ్యలో హీరోయిన్ అక్కకి ప్రెగ్నెన్సీ వస్తుంది.. హవ్వ అదెలా వస్తుందో చెప్పకపోతే చిన్నపిల్లలీ సినిమా ఎందుకు చూస్తారు ? 8 హీరోయిన్ పేరెంట్స్ ని మంటల మధ్య చెట్లకి కట్టేసి , హీరోయిన్ అఘాయిత్యం చేయబోతున్న సమయంలో హఠాత్తుగా 2000 కిలో మీటర్స్ దూరంలో ఉన్న హీరో ఒక్కనిముషంలో వత్చి కనీసం వందమంది ని చంపకపోతే సిటీస్ లో సినిమా ఎలా ఆడుతుందనుకుని తీశారు ఈ సినిమాని 9 item సాంగ్స్ లేకుండా సినిమాలు తీస్తారని కలలో కూడా ఊహించలేము 10 ముగింపు అంత వేగిరంగా తీస్తే జీర్ణించుకోవడం ఎలా . ఆఖరికి మహాభరతం కూడా 18 రోజులు తీసుకుంది ముగియడానికి .. కనీస knowledge లేకపోతే ఎలా ? 11 భూమి కొని మళ్ళీ అదే రైతు కి కౌలుకి ఇస్తారా ఇదేమన్నా తమాషా అనుకున్నారా..అమెరికా వచ్చి డబ్బు సంపాయించి ఇండియా లో భూములు కొనడానికి ..ఇంత చిన్న విషయం కూడా తెలీదా ? కానీ ఒక్క విషయం మాత్రం నిజం ఈ శేఖర్ కమ్ముల గారు నేర్చుకోరు. లీడర్ లాంటి ఒక అద్భుత సినిమాని ఇటు ప్రజలు గుర్తించ లేదు అటు ప్రభుత్వమూ గుర్తించలేదు. మాకెందుకండీ ఇలాంటి సినిమాలు తీస్తారు . kerala వెళ్ళిపోతే అక్కడ బాగా చూస్తారేమో..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
