It’s a ok machine but I just hate how the filter plugs up with big debris after almost every use

She did just upgrade to a multi clean slim vaccum from bissel

I would recommend getting a Bissell Powerforce Compact, These Dirt devils are extremely cheap. If you don't believe me, I've had 3 of these dang vacuums, And one of them had multiple screw-posts snap off. Another one the hose snapped out so it wouldn't stay in anymore, and another one I bought new had a warped handle so it was broken out of the box. These are terrible vacuums.
