You said your video was useless, but you were wrong. I really needed to see this today. I’ve had mine for years and didn’t use it much but decided to change it out today and I didn’t have it turned far enough to unlock it to get the bag off. Your video helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

Got my Dirt Devil Plus at a yard sale. Didn't know how to get the red bag off and didn't know there was a paper bag under it. I twisted the red bag clockwise but don't think it mattered. Eventually pulled it off to see the paper bag underneath. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO. I couldn't figure out how to get the red bag off.
