Nice video. I have to say though, I bought one of these back in 2017 and took really good care of it (cleaned it after literally every use) and it only worked good for a little over a year. In early 2019 it started losing suction to the point that it had barely any suction at the hose and that was with a freshly washed filter, hose and dust cup. Disassembled the motor and cleaned the whole machine to no avail, so ended up trading it with a 2011 Eureka Maxima since its owners don't have a lot of carpet and seem to like it. But anyways I just wanted to say for anyone who reads this, if you considering buying this, don't. Now idk how good the newer model is, but I had the same exact one in this video and it was likely the worst vacuum I've ever used, apart from a Eureka Airspeed.

i love this machine so much when i got the first one i watched for them to get them in again at wallmart and went back and bought another because its so light weight and cleans so well i was gonna get one for my brother at christmas .But i have back problems and its so easy to pick up and move and for the price you cant beat it

My sister in law has the newest version of this and thinks it's the best thing ever. I completely despise it. She has shag carpet and you can just tell that it doesn't clean that well.

I have an Oreck, BEST machine made with a very plush brush roller and super fast rotation, also have a super heavy 30 yrs old Kenmore upright very seldom used and now i bought this machine for $29 just for my back porch sunroom and it's got good suction and perfect little vac for the area. My Oreck is super lightweight like this Dirt Devil but I just don't want to use a $350 vac in a porch area then on my carpets in the house, if that makes any sense. For $29 this is a good little machine.

I have the same machine except mine has the Endura style filter in it and the base on it is black. It's called the Endura Compact but it has the same design as this one.

One time I had one of these and I have been using it and it kept clogging because I have been sucking up lots of dirt and it kept clogging right where it enters the dirt bin

I have shag carpet n it over heats it like it’s too close to the floor or not spinning cause it’s catching. Any pointers?

Make sure the belt is good in it, if it's slipping it won't clean and might make an unpleasant smell. I made a video on how to replace a dirt devil belt, and that should fix your problem. Unfortunately these machines wear out belts very quickly due to not having a proper height adjustment

You're saying a lot of unnecessary things. It's just good to cut to the chase. He probably didn't clean the filter out! That looks like a really vintage rug there that rug looks like it's from 1975. It's in great shape. Probably from all that vacuuming you do lol.

Dude im just watching this trying to see where the power button is located and you're going on and on about all kinds of other stuff no offense and I say this with the utmost respect but dude we don't care we're watching for a review of the vacuum we don't care about your truck your friends truck your dad's truck no offense but you're just talking a little too much about irrelevant stuff to the video or the vacuum cleaner.
