Enjoyed your review of the vacuum. To me, the machine is Not worth it.... the wand attachment always disconnects while using them....I also get a huge amount of debris sticking to my foam over the filter, this is what brought me to u-tube to troubleshoot better well to my surprise I am missing a piece that is supposed to go around that filter piece, I did not get one. I will be making a call.

My mom bought this at Walmart for 80$ in Biloxi, MS. This vacuum is a huge pile of junk, can't vacuum hardwood even though it claims you can, scatters everywhere. It's hard to push and doesn't pick up much dirt at all, it's also insanely loud. I hate dirt devil's.

on my shark NV46 i put a bounce dryer sheet on the exhaust vent and use the febreze cloth filter with it it smells better like the bissell febreze filters

Does no one else have an issue when using the hose and dirt flying out of where you put the hose handle into?

that's usually because the vacuum is picking up debris with the brush while upright. If you vacuum the floor before you park the machine for tool use, it shouldn't be an issue

YES! For this reason, and also no suction any more, this thing is going to end up in the dumpster and I'm vacuum shopping again.

I have one of those and most of the stuff I suck up goes straight to the filter under the dirt cup and clogs it also the white hose is clogged on mine

Dirt Devil really has gotten worst and worst by the past decades. I know that Dirt Devil has been always been a cheap and throw away brand but dirt devil (tti) has gotten too far with this business decision of making in my opinion a pitiful machine with ALOT of design flaws. Especially that horrible dirt path and cyclone system or lack they're off.... and the way that they don't supply parts other then belts and filters or when it breaks down they make you send it back with a cut cord just to give you a new one and not fixed up your original machine is just utterly disgusting and makes it more apparent that we live in a throw away society. Even 90s & 00s dirt devil didn't do that kind of stuff like they do now and they were still considered cheap throw away vacuums back then but now they really have gone to far with this and really makes me thing about the future of the brand.

I didn't buy that purple dirt devil, I was sent it by dirt devil themselves as a replacement, so I had no reason to use it if I knew I wasn't gonna keep it

I truly hate to sound like an internet d0uch3 troll, but my friend It took you 4 minutes to provide any information related to your video’s advertised content. That information was: “h311 no”. With that, I did not feel it necessary to watch the remaining 20 minutes. If the answer is a no, a consumer of your content (and potential subscriber) doesn’t need an additional 20 minute explanation. Explanations are used to convince potential customers. Think about watching a 24 minute informercial on a state of the art invention and after just 4 minutes of introductions and backstory, the host tells you not to buy the product because it is a piece of junk. Then the host proceeds with the remaining 20 minutes doing a sales pitch for not buying. Just food for thought good sir…should you continue to pursue any financial outcomes or improve your bottom line from your content…might want to get to the point a little quicker while providing a justification for watching the entire video. If your answer is h311 no, then leading with the issues you have with the product naturally will resolve at your conclusion. Kinda like a song that resolves on the composition’s key. I hear if a viewer does not watch all or close to all of your content, you might not get paid. Good luck to you out there. I’m cheering for you. Sorry for yelling. Thank you for the review. After 4 minutes into your 24 minute video your 20 second disapproval was all I needed to hear. I will not be purchasing this item. If you found my comment to be unnecessarily detailed or riddled with drawn out exposition, just know I have succeeding in helping you understand my point. I spent 4 times as long writing this comment vs actually watching your video. But I will hit the like button showing my support for your future endeavors.
