Hello You said that the machine will prepare the floor to be re-coated, but in the advertising they said that it can be used to clean the floor not to scrubb it... Do you recommend this machine to clean wood floor, instead of cleaning with microfiber pad and rotary machine or scrubber machine?

when you finish the floor after the tykote can it be any finish brand? also can it be oil base finish onto?

Does the microfiber mop have to be damp before you start applying the finish?
