I personally think that out of all three, my personal favorite would have to be Dirt Rally. I've been waiting for this game to come to console now for little over a year and I was just really hyped for the game. the general physics in the game is also overall pretty realistic. As for looks, Dirt Rally looks the best in my opinion. Not hating on the other too because they all look good too, but I'd prefer Dirt Rally over them

I just came to a conclusion that older rallying games were so much better. for example Colin McRae 2.0: more contents, more fun, better damage, better stages, licenses, a lot of stuff to unlock, many gaming modes. Colin 04 is good as well, and of course Richard Burns Rally (even though it's ridiculously difficult). Dirt rally is advertised as the best modern rally game, but honestly it sucks. last time I really enjoyed playing a rally game was with Dirt 3, and I expected Dirt Rally to be more of the same with only difference being focus on rallying, but I was left disappointed, they fucked it up

Dirt Rally. I've dabbled in the other rally's but they never kept my interest enough to keep. I've always been a sucker for a good sim track racer. F that nfs shit. I grew up on the Gran Turismo and Forza series. With my ps4 sim racers have been rather slim, I tried driveclub, for about half hour, returned it. Haven't tried project cars yet but I'm anxiously awaiting for GT sport.. Now all that being said I took a chance on Dirt Rally. I was skeptical but Ive been desperate for a good racer. Holy hell. I love this game. Maybe my favorite racer at this moment. Admittedly I sucked at it when I started. I can't tell you how many times I restarted a run.. But I kept trying and this game really pushes you to and I've improved drastically. I'm doing this with a controller at the moment but I'm going to get a wheel.

Plus RallyX in SLRE should have been a dlc - SL didn't start competing in WRX untill this year, and it was announced only in february 2016 he "will" join Hansen Peugeot (factory backed) team. 2014 and 2015 seasons S Loeb competed in WTCC (factory Citroen team with Citroen C-Elysee). Loeb actually ended 3rd in the WTCC season 2014. Plus the lack of proper RX cars in SLRE is weird.

I'll have to agree, for a Codemasters title they really cut down on the damage, but they took a Simulation Route this time, so you kind of have to cut down to damage for that main reason.

+masswhite , I was hoping that it would be so realistic that in certain stages we would have to limit our speed or the car would break before the end. Like, you know you can go faster but there's some huge bumps, jumps, dips or something that won't let us do it. We'd have to find the sweet spot between speed and reliability. But back to reality, Maybe they can update the damage in DLC? It's kinda weird knowing you hit something but the car isn't pulling to the side like they used to. The other thing I want is for them to allow us to drive all cars on all tracks/stages. I don't understand why they took that feature away. DiRT 2 was great in that way!

D Rock 75 This is true. I think Codemasters through a lot away in order to get the game pushed out though. I think they'll fix DiRT Rally after a while, the game is still young, and Codemasters is more of a working man game dev than Milestone. So if you post anywhere your post can be seen and tweet it to Codemasters they should get back to you, or give attention to what you had to say. Codemasters is heavily dependent on their community so they're not just gonna throw your suggestions in the trash. I remember hearing a lot about how we would be able to run anything in RallyX, like the old EU RallyX styled stuff. Never seen it. Enjoy your game! Keep sending your feedback to Codemasters! I've personally kinda been done with the Rally Racing Game Community for a bit, my focus lately has been in MXGP.

Great Video - For my Opinion, Dirt Rally is the best of all 3. Begann to play Dirt Rally when it was in EA. I didn't expect much at this Time from the Game, because the Rally Games the past Years wheren't Rally Games at all. Im so happy that Codemasters bring Rally back where it belongs. Its just you, your Co-Driver and your Car alone on the Track, its hard and unforgiving what didn't scare me off and you have to learn what it means to tune your Car Setup for the different Tracks to compete with. Would love to try it with a Steering Wheel, but can't afford one right now xD So, if you search after a Game thats worth as Collin McRae Rally was back in the Days, Dirt Rally is the Game to go. But like oftend, its only my Opinion ;)

Physics in WRC more realistic than SLRE or DR, cos it support weight better. DR lack lateral stability very much and cars fly too much easy. SLRE cars fly too much too.

It's a good game, it can sometimes be frustrating and it doesn't sound or look as good as DiRT, but it has plenty of content to keep you busy. It might be tough with controller sometimes, though.

DiRT. I nie wywoła fuzji atomowej, grałem na athlonie x4 i radeonie 6870, oczywiście niższe detale, ale całkiem komfortowo w 1920x1080, poza momentami. Loeb nie dość że gorzej chodzi, to jest mniej przyjemny w jeździe. Aczkolwiek początki i tak będą ciężkie ;)

znaczy się wiesz, pytam orientacyjnie, bo DiRT rally chciałem od dłuższego czasu kupić, ale nie wiedziałem czy mi komp uciągnie a niestety w ostatnim czasie jest totalna bieda w grach o rajdach :/ więc niby DiRT byłby spoko, ale sterowanie w porównaniu do starszych arcadowych Colinów jest ciężkie i do tego nie ma nadal wielu fajnych aut, które są legendami (subaru impreza pierwszej generacji, ale w tej wersji rajdowej z poszerzonymi bokami, Kit Cary to jakiś żart chyba i którego brakuje bardzo, więc tak szczerze jak chce człowiek mieć coś fajnego na dobrą sprawę to tak średnio na jeża, bo w DiRT bieda z autami, w Loeb EVO jest trochę fajniejszy wybór jak dla mnie ale wg. Twojego filmu sterowanie jest biedne i gra jest gorsza (to samo tyczy się WRC, oprócz tego, że aut jest jeszcze mniej...). Także tego typu filmy są jak najbardziej przydatne a na wszystkie gry kasy nie ma bo trzeba na święta odkładać już teraz :v Ale rzeczywiście potwierdzałoby się, że DiRT to najlepsze wyjście. Zobaczymy ile zejdą z ceny w czarny piątek :) Dzięki wielkie

Tzn. nie jest taka bardzo bieda znowu, Impreza jest ta, która wygrała tytuł w 1995 czyli 4-drzwiowa, zawsze czegoś będzie brakować. Tak, Loeb ma trochę więcej aut, np. 206 WRC czy więcej w miarę nowożytnych osiek których w DIRTcie jest jak na lekarstwo, ale co zrobisz. O ile jeszcze może na asfalcie możnaby się kłócić, że fizyka w Loebie jest może ciut lepsza (chociaż za bardzo 0-1, wpadniesz w poślizg to ciężko się wyprostować), to na luźnych nawierzchniach DIRT jest bez konkurencji. WRC jest spoko na padzie, ale to gra mało ambitna no i auta mamy tylko z obecnego sezonu WRC.

+Macho Man Randy Savage False. Another reason Dirt also had its score lowered. All the games scores have lowered since this whole review. Dirt dropped from a steady 9/10 down to a 7½, Sebastien Loeb's Rally Evo has gone from a 6½/10 to a pure 6, WRC 5 dropped very slightly even being the worst competitor. WRC 5 7/10 has dropped to a pure 5. The reason Dirt is falling down in score isn't anything related to gameplay, but I'm going to discuss that too. Dirt, being made by the three companies competing, in which I love all of them is seeing Codemasters downfall. Since they aren't as large a community as they used to be, the games feedback isn't being handled well, from car fixes to some heavy handling bugs on the PC. As far as gameplay, Dirt is the most close to real you can get, but it's very untraditional. This goes as far as the handling model for RallyX, to the Pikes Peak which fell as far as sim factor goes. I've also got a lot of SIM Racing Gurus who I talk to often, and the result of having many opinions spread is simple. Three of them had said that the game is real, but weight variables are garbage, the handling is wonky and makes you feel like you've taken a road car setup to a rally course, and have also said it's a washed up Dirt 3 engine with all the assists turned off and bundled up to make you feel like you're on edge. I overall think it's an impressive game. WRC 5 Simply put, Kylotonn is new. This was their beginning project to try and take the series farther, but we simply watched WRC 5 crawl on it's knees this year. The handling model is arcade like, the terrain isn't anything like it used to be, you used to experience tiny ruts you couldn't see on the course in shorter corners causing you to fly up and have to learn said corner. The atmosphere didn't feel the same, and overall I was extremely disappointed being a WRC fan all together. Sebastian Loeb Rally Evo In all reality, this is a game that has an unfair placement in the Rally Games category. It came out at the wrong time, I think if it had came out a bit earlier people would've seen that it's not meant to be a rally Sim. It's a rally game that highlighted a career and old memories. If you did some research you'd see that the courses in the game were built and designed as Sebastien described them being. The rallies are based off of tracks and the way they felt a few years back, or of just prior experiences. The teams and vehicles in the game were put in to add a career mode simply, as Milestone games are known for having the best career modes from their titles and simply putting a rally game out without a career based game mode would've had their fans thrown off. All together I personally put SLRV in first for just being the most interesting and nostalgic experience I've had, and Dirt Rally as second, while WRC 5 can take its back seat in third for just being a beginner titles that'll get worked on more to see if this company has any potential. I mean, damn. Kylotonn is also going to be making the newest Flatout.
