Coming along very well - man that's deep! You said the same basic thing Digginok says about not taking too much in your bucket at a time - it blows out the sides of the ditch. Nice and safely done job. Thanks for sharing.

Your videos are helpful I have my first job excavating for a shop foundation. It's only 2ft deep on flat ground, these are great since I don't typically do that type of work.

I know you are not the architect but why dig frost footings all the way around when a lot of it is backfilled so high on the outside?

Found your channel the other day. I did some Const Admin on a Substation build in SW Albany in 2019. You folks up there had a ton of rain, I don't see how much construction got done last year. We had a ton of rain in GA also; where I live south of Atlanta we had a 26" surplus of rain for 2019. That's over 50%.

How is 7:52 not an OSHA violation, is it because you can get out on the other side?
@DIRT-BOSS4 жыл бұрын
Good question Brandon.. it's classified as B soil.. then I also did shelf the top of it before the guys went in.

Dirt Boss Masonry & Excavating gotcha. But if it was C you would have to slope it back, correct?

Deplorable Centrist LOL “if the bucket hits him, a hard hat isn’t going to help” - coming from someone that is likely a complete disaster personally and professionally. Have fun with your OSHA fines buddy, let the pros handle it from here.
