Just did my clutch kit the same way with the primary on, super easy. One thing for the secondary - get a 12" piece of 1/2" all thread, some nuts and washers. Put it in your vice and use the washer/nuts to compress the secondary and take out the bolts.

I love that machine. Of course, I'm a Pol man and own two great machines. I love your videos and so glad you stayed with Pol. Two of best down-to-earth riders providing great video, with easy directions on performing updates. Hey Polaris!!! These two guys makes a person salivate when watching their vid's on how much a POL would look in their own garage. AND----- Having said that, get a PRO XP to them for a build that will let Side by Side riders see and experience what is probably the best machine on the market. Again, good job guys. I almost have the same setup from AA on my RZR. I love it and Mike was a huge help. My only issue, the screen on my tuner would get messed up. After replacing it 2x, I stopped mounting it in the sxs. Awesome job so far!

I too installed the stage 3 kit from AA on my PRO XP. And it is insane! I did get the stage 4 tune but haven't tried it yet. Waiting for trails to all open first so I can open it up. Oh and Great video boys. As always.

I am confused unless you are using two names to describe the waist gate. A turbo spools up and when pressure meets the waist gate adjustment, it open so intake pressures are not exceeded. What is the "Pop-Off" or other name referred to in the video. Also, what is in the kit that can actually draw in dirt or debris you mentioned? Turbo's are turbo's, it is not a mystery but a power added by increasing volumetric efficiency by forcing more atmospheric gases than normally aspirated. What others parts are there other than a simple waist gate? DK, ASE Master Tech, retired.

Dang little secondary bolt. Mistakenly used the 2020 torque specs on my pro which are 43ftlbs, didn’t know it changed to 26ftlbs for 2021. Had to get the broken bolt extracted.

Sometimes you have to download them, depends if you bought the tuner with the tunes already. You can plug it in and see what tunes you have on it

The stage 3 kit might not be on there cause they don’t have the Helix done yet for the XP clutches. So technically it wouldn’t be a stage 3 Kit

That’s a very hard question to answer, many variables. We’ve done a lot of different set ups. Could try that set up I recommend and go from there. More weight on the toe gives you more top end. More weight on the heel gives you more bottom end. If you don’t like that set up start adjusting.

@@jarrodkurr4718 well I LOL, i was just doing general maintenance on my stock secondary clutch and didnt put it back together correctly and the helix destroyed my slider shoes and cover plate, so I said forget this crap and bought a STM second with 35/45 helix and blue spring with 337lbs of force. Today will actually be my first ride on it. I went back and watch one of my vids and notice my rpms at 97 mph were only 8300. My rev limit with my tune is 9300. So i have some room to play with. This clutching is all new to me and Im just trying to educate myself.

Question I have a 2019 turbo s with about 1400 miles the all stock other then a evo blow off valve my clutch engagement is pretty rough other then that washer what would help that be smooth like yours was on video? Also what is that washer called ?

It’s called a “butter washer” it’s only meant for the pro XP clutches. The 19 doesn’t have a XP clutch. You can get a clutch kit from AA and that should help. Possibly rebuild it

I did a full clutch kit and it definitely helps. Springs, Helix, adjustable weights

Definitely helps with engagement and clutch chatter but those clutches are noisy. The newer clutch is “supposed” to be better but we’ll see. So far so good, definitely smoother and quieter
