Fencing an railing should be protected by bails or concrete stop blocks i think,i always worry about impaling specially after breen s tragedy 😢 💔

That thin rails would never be approved in Finland. New laws or requirements, and updates required. - The rails here are required to take truck-weight side-impact. 10 mm thick full metal impact designed profiled rails, and poles. - That rail here just and just might manage to pass as a walking bridge rail in Finland. Not even that without a mesh on it. - Is Monte Carlo as an African country level in sense of human/car safety on their bridges?... and also the roads with huge mountain road falls on the other side would be having 5-10 mm thick heavy corrosion proofed metal rails in Finland. - WTF? - They don't update their safety-standards on the current EU levels? - Looks like safety levels back 50-60 years ago... 😧 - Is Finland the only country that updates everything each decade as required by new requirements/standards?

Lucky no one injured, this early in the year the conditions probably have changed from when the ice crew went through earlier . Also if he'd got on less than ideal tyre choices

Apparently the wheels lost grip and Sami went straight for the guardrail, causing the car to spin so the rear end came out first over the creek and landed hard on the wheels. Lucky they made it out unscathed. 🙏😟

Did they put the foam on the engine to hide it? Or it just fell on it?
@jmirsp4z9 күн бұрын
likely to hide it
@toughmac20079 күн бұрын
Ya I was thinking it was to hide it too
@bokyy7479 күн бұрын
foam is there to hide new engine compartment.. You can even see someone put metal grill through one of the foams, to keep it somewhat fixed on there

Engine is a thing that camera crews are told not to show according to commentators.

What did the road book say why wasn’t there hay bails placed before the bridge organisers are to blame here other wise there would of been a pile of cars there
@jonathaniipinge87969 күн бұрын
I believe the foam is to cover the engine from the public

0:14 I saw the concrete block, with red reflective stripes at end of the bridge (opposite side) and thought that Sammi had taken it out, but at least it would stop being impaled by the railing. But no … it’s a block of styrene foam! (Which shows that the organisers knew of the potential danger) It’s like jumping out of a plane with an umbrella for a parachute.

Falscher Abschleppwagen. Ihr braucht einen Kranwagen für die Bergung. So beschädigt man nur noch mehr am Fahrzeug das sehr viel Geld kostet.

Maybe they should postpone Rally Monte Carlo... as long as their road rails don't match required EU standards... That one is hardly a walking bridge standard nowadays. - Do we need another "For Memory of Breen" incidence? - They should update the road rails on the level of Finland. - Those can take serious hits - without being dangerous for passengers. - It's all about right on-the-edge-engineering. And renewing the 'old ones' within every 2 decades. Monte is several decades behind... - Should FIA postpone their Rally, until they repair these 'DEATH-TRAPS'?
@BonoBronck7 күн бұрын
And if one has a 'Historical Value Bridge' ... or even a 'historic road'... they should never take a rally stage on it. - A crash might destroy that value as well... Crashes ARE part of the rallyeing. - But safely without losing lives. Just cars.

@jarrod17669 күн бұрын
At the speeds that car is going the railing isn't going to help
@MedicAthlete24W9 күн бұрын
If you’re going the speed limit it will. Not much a dingy railing will do when a car comes barreling into it at 100+ kmh

This "expert" does not know what he is talking about. It is not about John Deere horsepower it's actually about torque.
@musaire9 күн бұрын
Torque is what creates a power :) Rotations x torque = power. But here it is also more about the traction to the ground which the tyres of a tractor can offer
@bvward9 күн бұрын
More about all wheel drive, hydraulic lifting forks, and a super low-geared transmission. Farmers generally have come across many situations similar to this☺
@drewdavis46149 күн бұрын
Oh yeah watch out for wrong terms of horse power instead of torque? Who cares!! Great coverage!!!is all that matters❤😊
