@@Chaoblahippo even if he was, it doesn't matter, Dragunov is top tier, but he sucks against Yoshimitsu. Feng has punch parrying in his stance transitions making him tricky to punch. He is also pretty evasive

coming from a washed feng main, you can probably counter everything steve has to throw at you with b1 into b1+2. alternatively, f3+4 auto parries everything steve has to throw at you. it's gotta be rough fighting a decent feng as steve since feng can just decide to take his turn back if he catches you in a flow state.
